how to get exact pixel value of the point marked in pen

i have 10 images lik this i just want to extract the pixel value of my dot marked in pen and store the values

Steps:
Use loop to call one by one image
  1. Read the image (RGB2GRAY) / For Color thesoholding RGB2GRAY is not required
  2. Segment the image to get the blue spots
  3. Morpho operation to loacte the regions exactly
  4. [r c]=find(Morpho_result==1);
  5. Save the r and c in cell array
end
Please note that there are multiple pixels on the blue dot, its not one.
