Requirements option not selectable

I want to add a requirements link from Microsoft Word to my state in Stateflow but when I select the state box and right click on it, the options box appears but the requirements option is faded-out, meaning that it is not selectable.
Can anyone help me to understand why this is happening?

Hi Neil,
Try first to go into the Word document, select the requirement summary you want to link to your model. Then, go to the stateflow state and do right-click and select "Link to Selection in Word" which should not be faded-out this time.
