Problem converting symbolic to matlab handle using matlabfunction with derivatives

Hi, I am trying to convert symbolic code to matlab function. I would like to get the matlab function of the symbolic F, but I can't get it. I ultimately trying to get a file with function F=myfunc(r0,rdot,r), where r0, rdot and r are scalars that I compute outside the function.
