Problem converting symbolic to matlab handle using matlabfunction with derivatives

Hi, I am trying to convert symbolic code to matlab function. I would like to get the matlab function of the symbolic F, but I can't get it. I ultimately trying to get a file with function F=myfunc(r0,rdot,r), where r0, rdot and r are scalars that I compute outside the function.
clear
syms r(t) rd(t) theta(t) r0(theta) t
r0=r0(theta(t));
r0d=functionalDerivative(r0,theta);
F=r0d+r+diff(r,t)
F_mf=matlabFunction(F,'file','myfunc')
