how to call a time dependent function in matlab in another time dependent function

I just want to call a function in another function. I am getting an error i dont get what is wrong in that.if any one can help it will be nice.

I fail to reproduce any error
>> F= nonmnoise(); whos F

and

The warning refers to
plot(t,tr_rho2)
