Can I extract image coordinates using Matlab ?

I have a .tif images.
It has x y z coordinates refer to WGS84 coordinate system.
I want to extract those coordinates as arrays or somehow.
Can give any opinion?
(This is regarding to my undergraduate research.)

Hey have you already tried to read in the .tiff? Have a look here:
Maybe you can show us your .tiff image then i can have a look on it.
