There isn't a built in command line tool for this. You can try find_in_models from the File Exchange.
find_system using reference models

We're switching over to reference models and I was wondering if there was a way that I could get find_system, from the top model, to look inside itself and all the reference models for blocks. If there’s an alternative that’d be great too!
If you open a model and do a ‘find’, ctrl+f, to bring up the pop-up menu, there’s a look inside section, lower-left 2012b. Inside that section you can look inside reference models and that’s exactly what I’m looking for, but I’d like to do it from that command line.
