Startup directory does not work with "Unrecognized command line option: ." warning

Recently, my company adopted MS OneDrive as the back-up solution. After that, the "Initial working folder" option as "Last working folder from previous MATLAB session" did not work. At the startup of Matlab, I always see the warning message "Warning: Unrecognized command line option: .". I guess the reason is that the OneDrive path name includes a blank, such as c:\Users\user_name\OneDrive - company_name\Documents\MATLAB.
Is there any fix for this issue?
