However, those are not really relevant to Mac.
Do you happen to be using a MacBook Air or MacBook Pro that has no ethernet ports, just WiFi or a USB-C connector? Sufficiently new MATLAB are supposed to be able to use the WiFi interfaces in such cases. Which MATLAB release are you using?
I have Macbook air and use usb-C connector to connect to internet. I am using 2019b. I installed Matlab last month and could use it untill it suddenly stoped three days ago and I tried to uninstall and install MATLAB again and since then I get this error for activating.
Have anyone found a solution? I am facing the same problem now.

Not sure. Search for the solution ID and see if you can follow the instructions. If not, contact support.
In a couple of the MATLAB versions just after MacBook Air was first released, in order to use MATLAB it was necessary to use a Lightning to Ethernet cable and plug the MacBook into an ethernet connection. That occured because the MacBook Air did not have any hard-wired ethernet port (as it was designed around Wi-Fi), and the MATLAB hardware authentication looked specifically for hardwired ethernet. That was a number of years ago, and MATLAB was upgraded some time ago to be able to look for Wi-Fi ports instead -- but if your MATLAB is old enough then it just might be a problem.
