How can i collect output port data from Simulink model to GUI using get_param?
In the below example,we are able to pass the values of Num1 and Num 2 through the GUI using set_param([bdroot,'/Num1'],'Value',num2str (app.EditField.Value)).But we are unable to collect the output data from simulink model to GUI using get_param.Please share your response.

You want to use specifically get_param?
