This is not a question about MATLAB, just a request for someone to do your work for you. As it is though, it appears to be not much more than a simple loop, with apparently two assignments in the loop. So what is the problem? Just learn MATLAB. If you have no clue as to how to do something basic, then when you face something even slightly more complex, you will be lost.
Read the getting started tutorials.
