Build table and fill from cell array

Dear all,

Greetings,

I divided my image into 16by16 blocks, after applying some features extraction, I can retrieve a cell array which contains some blocks names as a cell of two values{x,y}.

I want to build a table of 256 rows(the name of each row is the coordinating of the blocks for instance row 1 is [1][1], row 17 is [2][1] ), then fill in the table with value one or zero based on the retrieved cell array. replace the retrieved blocks with one in the table, while non retrieved blocks assign zero in the table.
