difference between Accuracy and validation accuracy in SVMLIB

I am using SVM app in MATLAB ,after generating code ,i need to iterate the loop for 100 times to get the mean recognition rate. But i think this validation accuracy which i m storing 100 times is diffrent then what we get in app (simple accuracy).
