How to convert code that contains more than one .m and one .mat file to standalone app?

i have a MATLAB projecct which contains more than one file.m. also, it has one file.mat. is there any way to make an applacation for this code?

Normally you would name the main function ad the entry point, and dependency analysis would then figure out which functions need to be included. However there are some cases where the dependency analysis misses function calls, so the app builder has a place to list additional source files to be used. If the mat file is plainly listed in a load() call that the dependency analysis processes, then the analysis will automatically attach the mat to the project.
