https://www.mathworks.com/campaigns/offers/device-to-device-communication-for-public-safety-in-lte.html has an application note for D2D, but you have to sign up to receive it.

Sir I need code for optimized mode selection using game theory, in mode selection having two hops: single hop(D2D network) and multihop( Transmit data to Bs and then receivng device) and check which has optimal path and have less interference.
