Making GUI on Matlab

Hello,
Does anyone here has experience making GUIs on matlab using code and not by using App designer app?

Yes, many of us have experience in using GUIDE, and a number of us have experience in programming our own gui without using a design tool. Also in the file exchange there is an additional design tool that is named something like Magic

You can always use the app designer to do the layout for you. Then export the app as a code file.
If you want automatic resizing use uigridlayout as your base layer.
