Response Optimization:Struct contents reference from a non-struct array object

Trying to setup response optimization for a simulink block with two inputs and one output. Using Custom objective function with output(signal) passing as data to the Custom objective matlab file. As I hit the optimize button, its throwing "Struct contents reference from a non-struct array object" Error
