How can I eliminate some value in array?

I need to eliminate value in column2.

If value in column2 is not in 0.0024<x<0.0032 it will eliminate that value and also eliminate value in the same roll

 mask = 0.0024 < x(:, 2) & x(:, 2) < 0.0032;
 x = x(mask, :);
