설치후 실행이 되지않아요 . 에러코드9

매틀랩을 설치를 마치고 실행하는데 아래그림과 같이 오류가창이 뜹니다.
오류창의 trouble shot을 누르니 error code-9이라해서 해결방법대로 C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2019b\bin 들어가 matlab을 관리자 권한으로 실행해도 똑같은 오류가 발생합니다. matlab을 완전히 제거한 후 다시 설치하여도 결과는 같습니다. 어떻게 해야할까요?

Hello Hyeong,
The snip that you attached indicates that you have an issue with the Host ID/username, probably because you might have used multiple computers/usernames in the past. The best way to resolve this error is by reactivating MATLAB with the activation client.
