Problem in dynamic tool list update with Matlab-Java Interface

Hello,
I have developed wrapper application(created jar file)which helps to communicate java APIs from MATLAB environment. This application also helps to identify programming tools connected to machine.
When i run the matlab srcipt very first, tool list will update properly; but *if i remove any tool connected and run the matlab script again, tool is not updated properly, it shows the prevoius tool list***. If i close my matlab and reopen it and run the script then tool list will update properly. Any idea why this dynamic update is not happening without closing matlab each time.
Note - I am clear object created and recreating it but still facing the issue
Anybody can help this issue please ???
