Haar wavelet transform plots at different scales and translation

Hi ,
I want to plot haar wavelet at different scales and transalation (just for an example) using MATLAB.I am new to the wavelets and dont know how and where to start.
I am attaching a pic of what kind of plots I want.
Any help will be appreciated.
