Hi, May I ask about Finding maximum value between specific columns for each row?

Let's say I have A = [1 2 3 4 5; 6 7 8 9 10; 11 12 13 14 15; 16 17 18 19 20]. I would like to find maximum value for 2nd and 3rd colum for each row.

I should get B = [3; 8; 13; 18]. Could anyone please help me with that?

iwant = max(A(:,[2 3]),[],2)
