How to install deep learning toolbox for matlab2013a ???

i think you didn't install deep learning toolbox for matlab2013a ...... Because this version does not work on deep learning .... you need matlab2018 or matlab2019 ... You can ask another person to confirm .

Prior to being renamed in release R2018b Deep Learning Toolbox was known as Neural Network Toolbox.
To forestall one question I've seen before in similar situations: that there have been many functions and pieces of functionality introduced in Neural Network Toolbox and Deep Learning Toolbox since release R2013a. You can't install the most recent release of the toolbox (currently release R2019b) in your installation of release R2013a, if that's what you were hoping. You will need to use the same release of MATLAB as the release of Neural Network Toolbox or Deep Learning Toolbox you want to use.

If I use R2019a can I install deep learing tool box ?? or I wiil need R2019b, because the free trial is for matlabR2019b !

Release R2019a of Deep Learning Toolbox:
CAN be used with release R2019a of MATLAB.
CANNOT be used with release R2019b of MATLAB.
Release R2019b of Deep Learning Toolbox:
CANNOT be used with release R2019a of MATLAB.
CAN be used with release R2019b of MATLAB.
You have to have matching releases of the products you want to use together.
