I can't find the, "Data Analytics," package to install. Was the name changed?

I'm not sure about "Data Analytics" package you mentioned, but here are links which might be related.
MATLAB for Data Science web page
For data analytics, MATLAB has official toolbox such as Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox, Deep Learning Toolbox, Predictive Maintenance Toolbox, Optimization Toolbox.
File Exchange (Add-on)
You can find community add-ons as well as MathWorks' official add-ons.
