Ping target PC 'TargetPC1' using xpctargetping error

i am using matlab 2012a in simulink i am having xpc target and xpc embedded tools when i am typing xpcsetup in matlab command window it is showing error "Undefined function or variable 'xpcsetup'"
can any one help for this how to solve using xpcexplore i am setting target pc options when i am trying to do xpctest at test2 it is showing error
" Ping target PC 'TargetPC1' using xpctargetping: ...Error using xpctest (line 334) error calling xpctargetping"
