state flow to hdl(Fixed point issues)

I have attached stateflow chat which is expected to be converted to HDL.

I am facing issues while simulating the diagram of Size mismatch though I have assigned equal bits for the required counter.

Error screenshot is attached too.

Kindly help accordingly
