MATLAB compiler gives an error during packaging

I am trying to create a very simple standalone desktop app using App compiler (MATLAB R2019a). I get the following error when it tries to create a package:
Creating the bundle...
Creating the install agent URL file...
Failed to embed unzip in your application.
Update resource failed: 5
Failed to create the web based installer.
No installer package created.

This error is generally observed when compiler requires more virtual memory than is available. Please follow the instructions mentioned in this answer to resolve the issue
