I'm working on an image dataset, the error goes something like this:
Error using '
Transpose on ND array is not defined. Use PERMUTE instead.
Error in classreg.learning.internal.orientX (line 12)
X = X';
Error in classreg.learning.classif.CompactClassificationECOC/predict (line 324)
[X,varargin] = classreg.learning.internal.orientX(...
Error in CNN_main (line 34)
predictedLabels = predict(classifier, testFeature);

Hi Aman,
As per my understanding, I assume that you have not used permute function to your image.
Here is the related answer link for the error observed.
I suggest using the permute function as mentioned in the answer, for your image,instead of using the transpose.
