Video file I/O requires Gstreamer 1.0 and higher.

I am using 2018b version of matlab on ubuntu 16.04. When i am trying to read a video, i am facing an error which is like this:
Video file I/O requires Gstreamer 1.0 and higher.
Install this on your system and restart MATLAB.
I have tried everything what i have found on internet but my problem have not solved. i am new in ubuntu. At this moment i really need someone's advice for this problem.
I am attaching the error messages too.
