Greet to all. I’m going to doing image segmentation using an article of “An Efficient MRF Embedded Level Set Method for Image Segmentation” as my segmentation algorithm. But, I have a problem regarding the algorithm, as the MRF energy function is embedded into the level set method. Is the level set method I can select from the Mathworks and just add up the MRF function into the level set method?
