how to combine three different column into a single colum using colon

so i want my output in a single colum as given below

You mean this:
>> t1=[1;10;40]
t1 =

>> t2=[2;20;50]
t2 =

>> t3=[3;30;60];
>> t4=[t1 t2 t3]
t4 =
