error while using niftiwrite

I have images in the form of nifti format, i have done segmentation on the images and then want to save the segmentated images in nifti format itself. but i am getting an error..........i have attached the error below, please let me know what mistake i am doing.

@ Hemanth Reddy It seems after segmentation the variable cIM is not a numeric matrix anymore. Can you share the code you used to segment the input nifti image?
