OPTIMIZATION PROPLEM SETUP FOR A POWER MANAGMENT SYSTEM

The above is my objective function
Whereas:
m is the index of engine
M the total number of engines installed per one side
J number of modes of operation
j, the index of mode of operation
AND
My objective is to creat MATLAB CODE that find all values of X , Y and select MCR that minimize Total Fuel Consumption through all modes of operation . So, X, Y and MCR are decision variables. Other variables are dependent variables
I AM NOT LOOKING FOR Numerical Answer for this examble, i put it for illustration. i have started by defining variables as symbolic variables but i got stuck when i creat the main objective function
this is part of my project, the whole proplem is much complex with more details.
