How to change the matrix form?

I want to draw some factor on the map.

I have a data that array like below..

longitude/latitude/data
/  7  /  50
/  6  /  90
/  5  /  55
/  7  /  57
/  6  /  13
/  5  /  16
/  7  /  70
/  6  /  19
/  5  /  10

As I know, in order to use m_contour or m_pcolor, I have to matrix like below

   121     122
   50      57      70
   90      13      19
   55      16      10

How can I change the array of matrix..???

Please help me somebody~~

Not clear what you exacly expect, if some more clarity you can give on the problem, that would be helpful.

However, these data were not equal to one by one.

For example,

A = (120,6,90; 120,5,55; 121,7,10; 121,5,16) %% (longitude, latitude, value)
   121 
   NaN     10       
   90      NaN  
   55      16  

Anyway, thank you for your help again!
