Hello Mitesh,
you can create a model reference and put one of your powergui blocks and the associated electrical network inside the model reference, and it will use the local model reference settings. This approach will require manually cleaning up the generated model reference and probably manually setting some of the output ports to work with complex signals (if you are using phasor).
You only need to put one of them in a model reference. It will be easier if you put the continuous time system in the model reference and leave the phasor system at the top level.
