How to use uigetfile with filter set to "All files"..

i want to select files by browse window (using command 'uigetfile')so that filter should be "all files" when opened, just like the attached picture..

Ahmed - if I use the following line of code
uigetfile('*.*');
then "All Files" appears in the file browser window (I'm using a Mac so perhaps that behaves differently than your PC).
