How to model a Peaucellier Straight line mechanism on Simscape/Simulink?

I wish to model a Peaucellier Straight line mechanism on simscape, but my mechanism doesnt seem to rotate and I am not able to diagnose the issue. Can someone either share their version of this mechanism/ guide me as to how I can build it?

Thanks for the great question - this is an interesting mechanism.
Attached to this answer is a model in Simscape Multibody.
