I got a following answer for two variables problem having x1 and x2 and function evaluation for the population size of 10. How to do surf plot for the same

That looks to me like the result of an optimization function in two variables.

xmin = 0; xmax = 1e-8; %adjust as appropriate
ymin = 0; ymax = 2e-11; %adjust as appropriate
fsurf(@NameOfFunction, [xmin, xmax, ymin, ymax])
