Plot Graph Comparing Two Data Sets

Hello,
I need to plot two data sets on one graph to compare them.
One file is a CSV and the other is an ASCII.
I honestly don't know how to use MatLAB it has been dropped on me as coursework for uni and the deadlines in a couple of days so need to get this done.
So how can I plot this graph?
