App Designer: How can the user attach images to a editable text?

(Using App Designer)
In my app the user should be able to write a text in a text area (works) and be able to insert pictures in this text, ideally by drag and drop (does not work).
I could only find answers for inserting images in the app as a designer, not as a user when the app is running.
Does anybody know a solution? Thank you very much for your help!

thank your for your answer, but the link you are recommending is of the kind of answers I was referring to by "I could only find answers for inserting images in the app as a designer, not as a user when the app is running."
As I understand it it answers the question "how do I insert a picture in Matlab gui as app DESIGNER, BEFORE the App is running?", not the question "how do I insert a picture in Matlab gui as app USER, WHILE the App is running?"
