Extracting values within a matrix

I have a 20 x 1 matrix of numbers and I need to compare this matrix to two threshold values
the values I obtain need to be below and above these threshold values and then i need to store them in a new matrix.
what function do i use and also how do I find their positions in the original matrix ?

Use logical operators ">" "<" and "find()"
