Getting tweets from twitter

For a specified time period, I am trying to extract tweets from selected accounts. Any one has an idea how I can do this ? Thanks for the help

PS. With the twitter/twitty function, I am not sure how I can sepcifiy a specific account and extract all tweets without needing keywords

As per my understanding this example in the documentation covers what you are trying to achieve.
