In an image to set reference coordinate and get coordinates of color points .

Hi everyone,
I have an image in which i want MATLAB to detect black color point and set that point as reference x-y coordinates.
After that MATLAB to detect other color points(RGB) and get their x-y coordinates w.r.t. reference coordinate.
How can I do it?

If I is your matrix of image ..use
[y,x] = find(I==val) ;
where val is your pixel value you want.
If I is m*n*3 RGB image.
R = I(:,:,1) ;
G = I(:,:,2) ;
B = I(:,:,3) ;
