Windows 32 is no longer supported by MATLAB, and will never again be supported (not unless someone pays them a lot of money to support it.)

The last release of MATLAB that was supported on a 32-bit Windows OS was release R2015b. You will need to be running a 64-bit version of Windows to install and run release R2020a.

No such release exists.
The last release of MATLAB that was supported on a 32-bit Windows OS was release R2015b.

That does not exist, and it is very unlikely that any Windows 32 versions will ever be created again.
Sure, if you paid Mathworks enough millions of dollars they might be willing to produce a 32 bit edition, but anyone who could afford that could afford to get 64 bit compatible systems instead.
