I have installed Matlab R2019a version successfully, but when I tried to open it, the system reminds "The code execution cannot proceed because libmwfl.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." So I reinstalled the software again, but again the program reminds another installation error as metioned in the title. The system cannot find the specified file. what shall I do to fix the program?

The only solution to this problem is to delete all the contents in the current installation folder (for me the path to folder is- C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2019b ) manully and go for a fresh installation from the installer. As matlab doesn't offer any option to fix corrupted installations on the go yet, manual updation is the only option the end users (including me) have. You can contact +91-80-6632-6000 any time during office hours for assistance. From personal experience I must say, mathworks support service in really good.
