Is it possible to start a vehicle simulation with non-zero vehicle speed using my Simscape model?

3 次查看(过去 30 天)
I have real driving data that I have split into 20 second time windows. I want to simulate a selection of these 20 second 'events' in my Simscape vehicle model. Obviously, a lot of these events start with non-zero initial vehicle speed. However, when I run a simulation the vehicle always starts at 0kph and has to catch up with the vehicle speed profile which may be starting at, for example, 33 kph. Is there a way to start my vehicle at non-zero vehicle speed?

You can set the initial vehicle speed directly in the Vehicle Body block of Simscape Driveline (see below). If you have a multibody model of your vehicle, then you can set the initial speed in the Simscape Multibody joint block.
