How can i plot graph in a real time using DT9837A

Hi guys... i need help!!! i am doing my final year project, but i not able to plot the data real time in MATLAB using my DAQ(DT9837A) system. And it always show "external clock is not support".

Which MATLAB version are you using? Are you using the 32 bit MATLAB or the 64 bit MATLAB?

i am using 32 bit matlab... matlab version R2012a (7.14.0.739)

Probably you changed the default frequency of the clock.
