Make image from csv files

I'm trying to use 3 csv files (attached) to display an image. The very large file contains depths where the rows correspond to the longitudes in the longitude file, and the columns correspond to the latitudes in the latitude file. I really don't understand how to make an image out of this.
I also need to find the deepest point.
I've imported the files as follows:
depth = importdata('mariana_depth.csv')
long = importdata('mariana_longitude.csv')
lat = importdata('mariana_latitude.csv')

Example :
lat = importdata('mariana_latitude.csv')
imshow(lat,[]);
