Is the battery aging model in Simulink a linearly decaying model?

I found the aging effect equations for the lithium-ion battery in the document below:

It seems the aging effect is linearly decaying, am I right?

It does not appear to be linear to me. is defined in terms of which is defined in terms of and that makes it nonlinear.

Hi, do you know papers that originally presented the aging model. I could not find it from the attached references.
