some files are missing while installing so the installation stops

Hello Anupriya,
It's unclear what exactly the issue is, but please perform a clean reinstall of MATLAB to ensure that all the relevant files are on your PC for MATLAB to run. It could be possible that some of the file(s) were corrupted, or did not get installed properly.
